About MockDemy
MockDemy wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born out of frustration, late nights, and one too many rejections that didn't have to happen.
The story
Musa Bello is a frontend engineer who knows what it feels like to be good at your job but struggle to communicate it under pressure. He watched talented builders lose opportunities because they couldn't show their thinking clearly in interviews.
He was one of them.
“I wasn't failing because I didn't know the material. I was failing because I'd never been taught how to think out loud under pressure.”
The problem wasn't knowledge. It was the lack of structured, realistic practice with feedback that tells you exactly what to fix. So he built MockDemy.
The motivation
What started as a personal frustration became a pattern impossible to ignore. Many qualified candidates were repeatedly underperforming in interviews because they lacked deliberate practice.
Existing tools were often too generic, too expensive, or not aligned with local realities. MockDemy was built to close that gap with relevant questions, actionable feedback, and practical pricing.
